Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival (must be reported within 7 days of delivery).
- The product was never delivered due to a carrier issue unrelated to the customer’s address input.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact our support team at support@staychicofficial.com with your order number and photo/video proof of the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in cases where the issue is beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Wrong address provided at checkout – Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details.
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery – Once the tracking system marks an order as "Delivered," we are not liable for theft or loss. Please check with your local carrier or neighbors.
- Misdelivered packages – If the shipping carrier delivers your package to the wrong address, this must be resolved directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for misdeliveries caused by the carrier.
- Buyer’s remorse – We do not process refunds for change-of-mind purchases after the order has shipped.
- Incorrect product selection – Orders placed for the wrong item, size, or color are not eligible for a refund.
Chargebacks & Dispute Policy
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, you must first contact us at support@staychicofficial.com and allow us 24 hours to respond.
- Many chargeback disputes can be resolved quickly through our support team.
- Filing a chargeback before reaching out may delay your resolution process and could affect your ability to make future purchases with us.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once a package has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items. If you believe your package was lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or household members.
- Contacting your local post office or carrier for assistance.
- Filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
If a package has been misdelivered, the responsibility lies with the carrier, and you must file a claim with them to resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Due to our fast processing times, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been placed. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
